At Sea, International
While we have been away from South America for a couple of days, we seem to still be feeling the effect of what I can only assume is the Humboldt Current. Since leaving Lima, we've had cold, overcast days. This has meant most people are hovering around the various lounges and spending little time outside.

Due to the close proximity of people, everyone is starting to get a little grumpy (myself included – people keep playing darts too loud).

Hopefully the weather will improve soon. I’m not ready to be back in winter.

Fun fact:
The Humboldt Current is a cold, low-salinity ocean current that flows north along the west coast of South America from the southern tip of Chile to northern Peru. It is an eastern boundary current flowing in the direction of the equator, and can extend 1,000 kilometres offshore. The Humboldt Current Large Marine Ecosystem is one of the major upwelling systems of the world, supporting an extraordinary abundance of marine life.
