A little before getting dark both nights we are by the coast of Agios Minas .

The sky is partly cloudy and there is a beautiful sunset.

It is time for some ouzo and mezedes. What's this? Well, ouzo is mostly drank during the summer months. It is an aperitif and it is usually consumed with ice or cold water.

If it is already cold I never mix it with water. I might have an ice cube in my glass.

Mostly it is consumed with fish mezedes which is a Greek word and means a variety of different dishes. I just love it!

The location is the perfect spot to have some. We get a seat on the beach and not on the side of the road, and we are just 2 metres from the water. As it gets dark more and more lights appear, and the lights from some boats sparkle in the water. It is magic believe me.

I order sea shells to accompany my ouzo with.
