Dinner at the Galaxy restaurant is exquisite .

After sunset the rooftop in summer is transformed into a singular setting under a spectacular display of stars enhanced by a magnificent view of the Acropolis. Athens is so different by night, especially on this last floor. It is an "out of this world experience". I believe every person deserves to come here with this unique ambience enhanced by the tranquil lights which are thrilling.

Soft music in stylish surroundings and an a la carte selection of Mediterranean cuisine and Japanese delights that feast all senses. Of course what one expects to find here is professionalism and especially the staff at the Galaxy restaurant which I got to know better were really professionals. I can remember Chara and Antony from the Galaxy who did their very best to meet our demands .

Being a seasonal restaurant it is very different during winter months, indoors this time with a ceiling that resembles the bright galaxy. I want to believe that I can have another short break and visit it again in winter. It would surely be wonderful!

For friends or anyone that happens to read this entry, I want to inform that my photos are part of what we had during our short stay. Everything was tasty, unique and very special in both restaurants. Each single gourmet dish was like a piece of art, a feast for the eyes as well as the body because there is a big selection of healthy choices.
