The Fontana Restaurant






Fontana is the restaurant where I have my breakfasts and not only ...!

It meets the expectations of the most demanding guests with its more than adequate American breakfast of excellent quality and taste.


The rich variety makes it exceptional.


I don't intend to write in detail what breakfast includes but there are of course other reasons that make it so special.



So, besides the rich variety and the top quality food I mentioned above, it is the atmosphere that surely counts, its style and interior décor. I believe the warmth of the people who work here and the good service offered is another reason.



You surely meet professionals and when I return next time I will probably call them by their names . They are always there to help, serve your coffee or tea or fetch you some fresh orange juice. I love when I am brought for instance my porcelain teapot to keep my coffee warm while I am having breakfast or my afternoon tea, and this was not a problem at all for these people. They are friendly and warm and it shows that they are not pretending. I have talked with several and they speak highly of their work. The majority of these people work in this hotel for more than 20 years.





There is a beautiful terrace by the swimming pool so people can sit there if they wish. I tried sitting out just for once, but later moved in again because I found that it was cozy and more relaxing inside. Probably because I love wood and the pieces of furniture and interior décor creates a pleasant and relaxing ambience.




The restaurant offers local and international cuisine for all day dining. The variety of dishes meets the most demanding expectations, but there is of course the choice of an a la carte menu.
