FACTS:
Neos Pyrgos has about 1200 residents and it is located on the north-western side of the island, 134 km away from Chalkida.
It is a popular coastal village that attracts many holiday-makers during the summer holidays.
The first people who came to live here were refugees coming from Constantinople.
A nice beach of this little village is called 'Nisiotisa' and it is a little further to the north.
