NEA KARVALI

Our family spent a whole autumn here in this village . Our children were very young then.
We are here now to spot the house we used to rent while in Karvali.

The village has changed so much that it is hard for us to spot the house we used to live in. It is early in the morning and it seems that people are still indoors. 
However we stop and ask a lady about the owner of the house, and we are told that the old lady has died some years ago. No wonder why we cannot spot the hoouse! The people who inherited it must have renovated it and this is the reason why we find it hard to spot.

We go round and round the neighbourhood, and indeed there is a house that reminds me of the one we are trying to find. However this one is completely renovated with another storey built on top.  The sandy beach that my kids used to play in, and people used to walk up and down has now become a whole neighbourhood of houses and a children's small park. 
Everything has changed, - even us have changed! 
Why should I expect to find things as I had left them so many years ago?
Probably because I had so many good memories of those days!
