The facilities and services are designed for those who seek the time, space and experience to improve their wellbeing.
Guests are encouraged to choose any of the wellness activities below which are complimentary to guests.
I would open the terrace door and watch the morning stretch and later on I would participate on a session of yoga or meditation. Lounging by the swimming pool listening to the sounds of nature, enjoy a nutrient cocktail, have a stroll, -but there was always something interesting to keep me busy.
No mobile along, I hardly knew the time. No TV set in the room. I was surprised how easily I could sleep out here.
The calming blues and whites accent the pools' sides providing subtle contrasts with the beauty and the colors of the gardens and round area ….a paradise-like spot!
I am already missing Zening and its people.

I may not be into meditation and yoga, but this looks a splendid place for those that practice these arts.
