I was relieved the hotel I chose to stay although it was central it was in a quiet neighborhood, otherwise I would not have liked this place for long .
I loved having a stroll or two in the evening after the day's excursions, but just to get the vibe of the place, have something to eat, and back to the hotel.
The Heart of Zakopane
Krupowki, one of the most famous streets in Zakopane and over a kilometer long.
Restaurants and shops line on both sides of the street attracting thousands of visitors the year round.
A popular street with an unrivalled atmosphere and vibrant with life.
Portray artists, street performers, sounds of horse stamping on the pavement and the smell in the air from local cuisine mixed with grilled specialties are a few of the things that make this street attractive.

As for the locals, they know better….you will find them following trails of the Tatras to Krupowki.
If you are in Zakopane, there is no way to miss this place whether you like to be among the crowds or not!
