Our explorations today took us to a small community of Trinidad just a few miles north of McKinleyville on the Northern Coast of California.
A huge "Thank You" to Katie and Luke for showing us this wonderful landscape and sharing the raw beauty of this area

Again, the photos cannot begin to capture its true beauty. I tried, but, it just can't be done. The weather was warm for with highs in the mid 70's and the continual breeze from the ocean made it cool, but still comfortable.
After our afternoon visit to the Trinidad Beaches, we cooked hamburgers (Dolly had ham and cheese) on the grill in the backyard. Only one more final for Katie Thursday morning then her undergraduate university career will be over.
