My last two days on the trip and what an adventure.

We are moving over to the hotel http://www .grandlucayan.com/accommodations for a couple of nights as planned a nice way to end but I'll miss El Nido too :-)  

Another lovely sunny day here I'll report on hotel later but it looks really great, lots of pools a beautiful beach and nice restaurants and a large gym for Nellie the gym rat!

The hotel is older but still it is a very nice hotel. The checkin was a very long and painful process, there were a few cruise ships checking out and checking in so a long line up to do a pre checkin so we could use the pools and gym, they were very unorganized. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but some of the tourists waiting were so rude it was incredible to me to hear some of their comments oh man lots of anger and silliness. There is apparently a cruise that leaves Florida for a few days in the Bahamas then stops here for a 2 day resort stay then back to cruise, I have no idea why anyone would want to do that the line ups were so huge thousands of people waiting to get off the ship, then check in , then get back to ship craziness. The resort is amazing but worth that no sir.  

We enjoyed the relaxing pool and land! We ate dinner at the Lucaya Market Place at a Mediterranean restaurant it was fairly good, from there we stopped to get the skipper ice cream then over to the Casino played a little 3 card a fun night.
