Early morning visit to Darling Harbor, jammed with locals watching crew races. Pride day 3/5 The city is buzzing- we were treated to a pre-parade of participants in their tiny swimsuits. Quite a sight! We visit the “ Rocks”, crafts fair -many showcase mancala designs from the aborigines.
We board a ferry for Manly Beach - great ride- fantastic harbor views. We head to the ship, Norwegian Spirit, an old friend that has had a million dollar + facelift( wish I could do the same), we sailed her to Scotland in the pre- Covid world of 2019

First night we dine at Italian specialty restaurant Onda.The food and the view as we depart Sydney is extraordinary, grilled seafood- burata = apps. Then parpadelle with 3 meats, branzino with cauliflower purée and seasoned lentils The finale is bidino-a chocolate and Carmel delight and a smooth coconut panna cotta. We have definitely over- indulged- so so surprised at the high quality served- we immediately change from another restaurant to come back again
