We're staying the night in Cebu City. Outside our fairly decent hotel there's a camp where locals live in tents and sell trinkets to passers by. The only other guests at the place are an old white guy and his hooker. Tomorrow we catch an overnight boat called SuperFerry up to Manila. 

There's a massive shopping mall close to where we're staying. Although the Philippines is very poor there is no shortage of shoppers in this mall that's probably as pleasant as any we have at home.

They had a Seiko watch store in the mall so I bought myself a new dive watch called the Orange Monster. It's now 2018, seven years after the fact. Me and the Monster have been to many depths and it keeps on ticking.
