Shade from the sail

Trou d'Eau Douce, Flacq District, Mauritius
Armed with a voucher after our 7.40 wake up we went to find the Catarmaran for our trip to a waterfall and the ille de Cerfs.
At the second jetty we found a man who seemed to know something and after a few phone calls we had a speedboat transfer to our boat.
After passing the parasailing platforms in the sea we transferred to the speedboat for our waterfall visit and after the driver had let us feel the spray on our faces it was back to the Catarmaran for a snorkelling stop.
Some colour in the corals and lots of staghorn coral around. Marine life was mostly fish but we did see a sea krait I think. Stephen went back into the sea to try and get a photo with our new camera but couldn't find it. Must look this up because we were told there are no sea snakes in Mauritius by the boat captain.
Lunch of BBQ fish and chicken with plenty of rum and beer and then a drop off at the island. It was busy but we found a quiet spot for an afternoon siesta.
Stephen got pretty red so it was hiding in the shade of the sails when we got back on board for the sail back to our collection point.
We left the car and walked back to the bungalow with supplies for dinner but when we got back found no matches to light the gas cooking rings. Deferred cooking the frozen prawns and walked back into town to a restaurant and collected the car.

Looks like you having a great time. Wedding fab but don't think either of our kids could afford it. Though the bridegroom arriving in a horse maybe an option for Ryan! Boiling hot here today 40 degrees.
