Singapore, SingaporeFinally arrived at Changi airport after the Scoot flight from Perth.
They took forever to load passengers on the plane after delaying the flight for about half an hour, then it took another 50 minutes to take off.
It was rather disappointing to discover no video screens on the back of the seat but I managed to amuse myself with games on the computer, and music.
We had a simple meal which was okay and then I managed to have a bit of a snooze until the pilot said we were coming in for descent to Singapore.
Getting to terminal 2 was a bit of a marathon and I think we pretty much roamed the whole airport before getting on the skytrain and finally reaching our destination.
I didn’t remember walking so far to get to the transit terminal when we went to the Maldives so I guess we came in at a different part of the airport.
We have a few hours before the next flight so we are relaxing in a coffee shop. It was another bitter disappointment to discover that there is no Starbucks here, so no frappachinos . Very sad!
