We are on our way. Got picked up at 5:15 AM (thanks Rick F)  and arrived at the airport at 5:40 AM. Went through TSA pre-check fast and were at our gate with a Starbucks by 6:15 for the trip to Seattle.  We got our seats changed so we could sit together. They gave us Comfort Class which was nice. We left on time at 7:30 AM and arrived in Seattle at 10 AM. Our flight to Paris left about 1:30 PM. On both of these flights we did a pre-board to make sure we could get our carry-ons aboard.   Haven’t used the old guy card before. The crews on both flights were excellent and we had a nice dinner on the long flight. Got a little sleep. Our itinerary for the trip follows. Stay tuned.
