Day 30 – Today walked to Starbucks for muffins and coffee in what we are used to-drizzles. Got picked up at 930am for our shuttle ride to the airport and our flight to Auckland. Arrived at our hotel about 130pm. It is called Sky City and has a casino, entertainment venues, restaurants and a sky tower. The tower is over 1000’ tall and is the tallest tower
in the southern hemisphere.   Tonight we had dinner at the wharf at the Degree restaurant. We
stone grilled our meat on 400 degree stones brought directly to the table on our plate. It is an interesting concept. Jim picked up two restaurant business cards when we made the reservation and noticed on the back that there was a coupon for a free glass of wine on each card. Free is always good.
