So where to next, Nelly and Jim?

Dear Nelly and Jim, crossing the aquator evidently was in history - and still is in our times - a great and very special event. I liked to read the printed stories, noting even some cruel customs on board of those sailing ship in so called good old times, when the crews (without women on board but living kindly together with the High Society of many mice and rats on board) were during weeks on sea. So crossing the aquator must have been always a great and outstanding moment. In our days with the wild breed of Aussies on board it became a big spectacle and was part of the trip and of peoples entertainment. Lucky Nelly and Jim, you didn't belong to the victimes! Thanks for the report. Best wishes and kind greetings from cousin Ernst in Schaffhausen, Switzerland
