New York, New York, United States
This morning, we went to Pier 84 along the Hudson River to catch a harbour cruise. It wound around the south end of Manhattan island and up the East River just past the Williamsburg Bridge before reversing course and returning. The guide pointed out several landmarks and gave a brief history of them. The boat went by the Statue of Liberty a couple times and we got a great view of it.

After grabbing lunch at a pub, we headed downtown to the World Trade Center . We went to the 9/11 Memorial Museum, which had several exhibits showing remnants of the Twin Towers and other items from 9/11. After briefly checking out the South Pool and North Pool, we returned to the hotel.
