This morning, we went downtown to the Museum of American Finance on Wall St. The museum was small, but had lots of good information and some neat exhibits. However, it could use some updating as there wasn't much covering the Great Recession onwards.
After exploring the Museum of American Finance, we walked across the downtown core to the Skyscraper Museum
. This museum was quite small and didn't have a lot to offer. There was information about various high skyscrapers throughout their history and a lot of information about newer skyscrapers in Asia, especially Singapore. There were some neat models of proposed skyscrapers for tropical climates.
After going through the Skyscraper Museum, we ventured up to The Bronx to visit New York Botanical Garden. The garden was scenic and enjoyable to walk through.
