At O'Hare. This is the starting line, the beginning to the marathon. Security was nuts. Only 2 lines open in the international terminal, so I'm glad I arrived when I did.
Flight time to Istanbul is 10+ hours
. Luckily I snagged an aisle seat. Hopefully the connection and flight to Cologne goes smoothly. And, I'm really hoping someone is at my hotel. I did email them, but I am always leery.
So now I am looking fairly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Let's see what 18 hours has in store for me.
Later,
Jamie
