Slept in a bit and then strolled over to the hotel lobby for some breakfast items. They actually had a waffle iron out, like in pre-COVID times. Got ready and headed out by 9 for the East Shore Trail starting at Sand Beach.
It was a nice walk, we did almost a mile along the lake coast; past the vista point we stopped at yesterday. Very sunny but a cool breeze.
Came back to the hotel around noon and ate the rest of our leftover dinner from Lanza's restaurant last night. Also bought gas at $4.59/gallon although we have seen it over $5/gallon here.
After relaxing a bit, I went across the street to watch the waves on the lake. It was very windy but I found a few places where I could sit where trees blocked the stiff breeze. I watched the waves for awhile. Later I got Jerry and we tried to fly the drone but it was having an error message.
We decided to split a salad and some cheesy bread from Lanza's for dinner and also got some cannoli from the little pizza place next door. Relaxed the evening watching docos on You Tube before going to bed...
