On Monday morning, we woke up and pulled out of Shelter Pines at 7:30am. I googled the closest place (en route) of Discount Tires. And we stopped there for Glenn to have the tires rotated. That took 30 minutes. No charge. And then we had the RAV 4 washed across the street. We continued on to the Hoosier Pass, on the way to Breckenridge, CO.

We arrived early at the hiway MM 73/74 and waited for Sherrie driving her van with G'mommy and G'daddy . Behind her, was Rick and Bev, who had been staying at Tiger Run and Rick was doing some motorcycling. Brian, Fred and Linda were up earlier in the week.

We saw where Molly drove off the road. At this time, G'mommy needed to go to the bathroom, so Glenn and I drove on to Alma, while Rick/Bev, Sherrie/G'daddy followed behind 20 minutes later.

We pulled into the nice parking lot, of the city hall and library for the big town of Alma. A volunteer that was walking across the gravel parking lot looked at G'mommy and me, and suggested that we go inside and use a nice potty and not the port-a-potty. Great idea.

About this time, it was about to start sprinkling, so we asked if we could pull some tables together, and unstack the chairs and have our picnic lunch "inside". The large room, reminded us of the Community Center down home.

After our picnic lunch we talked a little bit more, then said good bye to everyone. Sherrie returned home by way of Frisco (proof of photo with David Craycraft), and Rick/Bev drove to Buena Vista for 2 nights to see Drew and Brenda in Aspen in the next day or two. And we returned home by way of Rudy's b-b-que. We bought extra so we could bring some for David's birthday party tomorrow.

We ate dinner out on the patio at Shelter Pines. Now everyone is watching the opening night of the Republican Convention.
