Editor's NOTE: Normally Glenn proof-read's my blog and does some
major editing, however I am not asking him to do this for me, since he
needs a break. So bear with me if there are misspelled words and the
grammar is incorrect. Thanks for reading.

Also, I've changed the format for the most recent entry to be on top.

We left Karen's place around 9:30am, and drove towards Cape Cod . We stopped off at the Jared's Jewelry store to pick up Karen's wedding band that had been worked on.

As we drove towards Cape Cod, we had no specific agenda. We wanted to see Cape Cod, maybe do a letter box or two, and then maybe drive down to the end/tip of the Cape - which Karen hadn't done yet.

Karen was sitting co-pilot and I was in the back seat, while Glenn drove. I mentioned that there was a little box inside a cute restaurant in Plymouth. The name of the restaurant is Plane Jane's Place.

We drove here. Karen got Snickers out to walk around and use the bathroom. Glenn and I went inside the restaurant to find the "clues". We struck out. Didn't find the Letterbox.   Glenn purchased a chocolate milk shake for us all.

We got on the road again and continued down towards Cape Cod. Cape Cod. I was kinda disappointed as we drove to the Cape, I couldn't see anything . Not even the ocean. Trees Trees Trees. Even when we drove to the tip of the cape, you could only see the trees and the two lane road.

We found the Quality Inn where our reservations are at and the room was not yet available, so we went to "The Kennedy's church", St. Francis Church where JFK would attend. Yes, there is a letterbox here.

Outside of the church, is a statue, and behind the statue is the letterbox. Karen read us a little bit about St. Francis Xavier. He was a missionary.

From Wikipedia....
Saint Francis Xavier, S.J. (born Francisco de Jasso y Azpilicueta, 7 April 1506 – 3 December 1552), was a Navarrese-Basque Roman Catholic missionary, born in Javier (Xavier in Navarro-Aragonese or Xabier in Basque), Kingdom of Navarre (now part of Spain), and a co-founder of the Society of Jesus. He was a companion of St. Ignatius of Loyola and one of the first seven Jesuits who took vows of poverty and chastity at Montmartre, Paris in 1534 .[1] He led an extensive mission into Asia, mainly in the Portuguese Empire of the time and was influential in evangelization work, most notably in India. He also was the first Christian missionary to venture into Japan, Borneo, the Maluku Islands,
and other areas. In those areas, struggling to learn the local
languages and in the face of opposition, he had less success than he had
enjoyed in India. Xavier was about to extend his missionary preaching
to China but died in Shangchuan Island shortly before he could do so.

It was fun to do this letterbox.
