Celebrated Lukas's birthday at ours (Helbeau are renovating and have no kitchen) with a very lavish afternoon tea, Jeanette and Graeme (complete with broken ankle) surprised us. Kahn left shortly afterwards.
All the family, including Ty who arrived from Wellington, then stayed on for dinner with Sandra & Clive and Michele & Summer joining us. Mum went home early, it was a beautiful day, big & small kids outside with a frisbee, about 8 even managed a climb over the fence to see the piglets at Leanne & Andrews!
All gone by 7.30pm -thanks for the cleaning up girls. Finished packing our bags then settled to watch the rugby.
This is a bit of a test run -hopefully you all get the story, something happened last time. We leave for AK 9.40am, staying with Ian. Monday 2.35pm departure for Edinburgh via Doha (Qatar Airways). I’ll try to add a pic.
