First entry from my journal at the start of my year long trip through Asia, Central and South America

Ah shit this is the start of the trip, Im not really sure what im doing but does it really matter? Who knows what is gong to happen, and what I will see and who I will meet. I now sit at the Ohare airport waiting to get on Air India flight 128. Let the insanity begin let the craziness start, as I dive into a world of uncertainty and endless possibilities. I can go wherever I want, Wherever I want, see ya on the other side...

...What do i want to accomplish through my travels? I want to be able to be consistent when dealing with people and how I treat each situation. I want to be able to always be kind and never judge before getting to know someone. I want to learn the things that are really important in life and be able to take those values back home with me. I would like to be able to express my feelings freely without feeling uncomfortable and I want to learn how to not give a shit about what other people think about me all the time, which has improved over the years. I want to help people along my travels, I dont want to find myself ever complaining about small things that dont really matter. I want to experience real life through the nature and people that breathe it. Most of all I want to learn about life, and how to better live it, without having fear or doubts. I want to go out and party a lot of the time, but i also want to stay grounded and find a good balance between my two sides of my personality. Patience is the key to all of this. If I can stay calm, relax and wait my turn, I will have successful travels, and accomplish my small goals.
Cheesy I know...fuck it....Lets just see what happens...
