Our plane was half an hour early and we sailed through the immigration and health formalities to find our luggage already on the carrousel,so much so that we had to wait a few minutes in the warm sunshine for sebastian's sister to arrive to pick us up. It was nice to see all the familiar places as we drove through the villages and sugar cane plantations. Smoked marlin and salad for lunch, washed down with an ice cold Phoenix beer overlooking the Indian ocean. It was almost like we'd never left 18 months ago on our big trip. Kate caught up with her beauty sleep and sebastian sat in the rooftop jacuzzi waiting for the sun set.
