There it is.
..everything's done. What now? I've got one more sleep and 24 hours to put in before take off. This is when things get dangerous. Not dangerous in the sense of 'don't fall and break and ankle' dangerous, although that could happen too. No, dangerous in the sense that my fully packed suitcase is sitting in the spare room...alone...looking quite small...cause I've taken a page out of my friend Shelley's book and have really packed light, by my standards. I've already caught myself taking just one more top
in. Why not? I've got room. It's a slippery slope. So zip it up and leave it. Don't succumb to that little voice that is blasting from the spare room saying 'have you got enough pants?'; 'maybe some extra socks'; 'do you need an extra sweater?'. To steal the lyrics from a song on my playlist 'just leave it alone, cause we can't see eye to eye'.
I'm done. I'm ready. Is it too early for bed??
