Heather wasn't feeling well today so she stayed in bed most of the day and Ken stuck close to home. Also, we were expecting our first airbnb guest today but didn't know what time he would be arriving,
 
The only excursion in the morning was when Ken walked to a hardware store and bought a few light bulbs to replace ones that were not working in the flat. The guest (also named Ken) arrived shortly after. Turns out he was from Canada too and grew up in Regina. He was very tired after an overnight flight and just wanted to go straight to bed.

Later Ken went out to Marchmont St to find an internet cafe where he could download and print off copies of the e-visa forms that we'd need when arriving in India (as they require hard-copies at Indian immigration). While in the area he picked up groceries from the Waitrose supermarket in the Brunswick mall, including several bottles of wine and beer.
 
That evening, we prepared a yummy supper and shared a bottle of wine. Called David at 8:00 pm and with his help figured out how to control the central heating.

Later we went out for a walk to see if we would find a Time Out magazine. We wandered in the rain for a bit but didn't find one. But we did pick up some baking for desert and brought it back.
