Today we walked south from Menaggio, it was quite cold but the sun was shining so we soon warmed up. Not far from Menaggio we came to the Greenway which is a path that leads south along the Lake. We walked to Griante where we had morning tea sitting in the sun at a nice café on the lake and then on to Cadenabbia. There are also lots of beautiful villas there but only one of them was open to the public. The one that was open we had already seen a few years ago so we decided to take a ferry to Bellagio which I think, other than Como is the most popular town on the lake. It really doesn't appear any different to the other towns we have seen, however there are hundreds of tourists get off each boat even at this time of year, maybe they think they will catch a glimpse of George. We had lunch at Bellagio and a look around and then caught another ferry back to Menaggio and a quiet drink on our Balcony.
