Easter Sunday and our last Sunday in Menaggio...for a year at least. We had a Skype session with Nashie, Marty and Lea-Anne this morning which was a lovely surprise. Then we decided to walk to the old nail factory and trout farm. It is a lovely walk through Loveno and Piamuro and on through the national park and we had some fantastic views of Menaggio, and the Sanagra Valley. Last year we walked to the trout farm for lunch, but today as it was Easter Sunday they were fully booked and so we just had morning tea and then set out on our return home. It was a beautiful day in Menaggio and a public holiday so there were lots of people here. Not as many as Mooloolaba but more than we have seen so far. After lunch we spent the afternoon on our balcony watching the boats on the lake and the passing the parade on the shore.
