Lessons finished today. It was sad because I had made some new friends who I will probably never see again. However we are now friends on face book so I will be able to keep in touch. Thank goodness for technology. The other students came from Finland, Brazil and Switzerland and the teacher of course from Italy so a good mix. Lessons were held in a lovely old building in the hills above Menaggio, it is now a hostel, the building and the grounds were beautiful. I had a fantastic two weeks and I am now looking forward to next year when I can come back again. During the fortnight we also had two Italian cooking classes, probably better suited to Kerry but he can't speak Italian so he missed out. The cooking lessons were held in the youth hostel in Menaggio which has a beautiful view of the lake. We had a great night out there together last Wednesday night. This afternoon we also had to say goodbye to our friends at Bar del Pess (until next year), however tomorrow we are off to Santa Margherita Liguria on a new adventure.
