Today the weather was fine so we went back to Villa Durazzo to look at the gardens and have a look at the church in the grounds...the church of San Giacomo. The church is set on a hill facing the sea and from there you have the best view of the port. The gardens are very well kept and the church is spectacular with marble floors, glass chandeliers and frescos on the ceiling. From there we walked towards the sea past an old castle where we met an interesting artist who displays is paintings in a room in the castle and his son also has an exhibition of his art (very unique lamps) in the dungeon.
