We landed at Kalibo international airport and as we disembarked the heat hits. It not that it was not expected but every visit it Is still a shock. We walked to the luggage room and Alvin and I waited for our luggage. Once we got all ours and Alvin's we ventured outside where the rest of the family was waiting. Gosh its hot. We carried the luggage about a hundred yards through the airport lot to the jeep which we completely filled with luggage.

The drive from the airport to Lezo through Kalibo is always fun but I have documented that in every trip so far .

Arriving in Lezo we drove past some Facebook friends and arrived at the house. More work has been done to the house. The garage is moved to the side and the cinder block is covered. In the house the counters are finished and there are doors to the bedrooms.

Once we got a fan set up in the bedroom we could at least Breath.

We unpacked, had some lunch and rested and then into Kalibo. A city of 60,000 about 20 minutes away it is the area shopping hub. We were getting some groceries. There are always interesting finds at the grocery store. Fresh made hot dogs,canned flavored rice, sausage and beans. Even cheese whiz in a pouch.

It was after 6 when we headed home, so it was pitch black dark. I fell asleep in the Jeep on the way home and was to bed soon after
