Morning from down under. Got a beach run in this morning and then treated the boys to hot cocoa here on our local beach, Balmoral. We are headed to a surf beach just north of Manly with Scott. Going to acquire a boogie board for Finn. Should be a fun outing and then some afternoon downtime and then the late afternoon adventure is to ride a bus to a grocery store and get supplies for the next few days. 
Tues was a huge success . Started a little bumpy with Ty finally hitting the wall. We snuck a quick nap in and by 10AM, he was ready to go. Scott took us to a very nice, mellow, local beach north of Manly: Freshwater. Super quaint town and a good hang out. On the way we stopped at Manly itself in order to buy a boogie board for Finn. Tons of people on the beach and in the water, so was nice to see it, but happy that we ended up somewhere else. Waves were about shoulder at Freshie and kind of a shore break, but the Maui-kid held his own on Scott's 9'6" SUP and surfed a few. Was a beautiful day and very fun with the fam. Finn enjoyed his boogie board and we all had a nice time. We had a mellow aft and I found a grocery store within walking distance. We had pasta at home and got the kids to bed nice and early.
