7/17 - Wed
-left SJC at 2PM, lunch in DFW then red-eye to Lima.
Slept a bit on 7 hour flight, but still groggy when arrived Lima. Easy immigration and customs. Hopped 1.5 hour flight to Cusco and picked up by friendly guide Darwin and driver Jorge. We have a huge, swanky bus all to ourselves
-rallied to go to an Inca ruin. Was cool to learn and walk through a dark cave. Very industrious people the Inca, or more correctly the Quechuan people
-drove to our town of Ollantaytambo and took a nap in our nice hotel suite
-rallied for a late lunch and had to exchange $US to Peruvian soles in a local grocery store. Lunch was yummy with friendly service. Later learned that Puka Rumi is run by locals, so good food and a good cause
-walked along some Incan paths and saw the end of a soccer game. Then wandered a few paths off of the square and through the town
-back to the hotel where it got dark by 6PM. To bed early because need to be ready to go with the guide at 8:30AM

What was the level of soccer ability (and what age)? I'm curious about the soccer skills there, which I assume are quite a bit better than up north.
