We are still waiting for the caravan , but we have taken delivery of our new car to tow the van . The photos are the car then the car fitted with the tent and camp equipment.
We will stay in this when we are travelling off road and can not take the caravan with us
. The idea of sleeping on the top of the car away from the wet ground and the odd salt water crocodile, when we get to the top end appeals very much.
We opened the tent and annex to make sure we can set up ok. Well we hope we get a bit quicker setting up as we took a couple of hours. I suppose as time passes we will get better, but we will also be getting older and slower,. Just have to hope it is not raining or we will be sleeping in the car.
