Stunning vistas and monuments

Monument Valley, Utah, United States
We have been here once before. Always wanted to return. It costs only $20 for an entrance fee, which allows you to drive the 17-mile dirt road out and amongst the monuments. Takes us about 2-4 hours 'cause we only poke along and gawk while taking photos. We're also trying to figure out the timeline of the rock faces. "why did that rock fall" and "where did it fall from"....that sort of thing.

Gift store in the visitor's center is very pricey...never bought anything. We stayed at Goulding's Lodge...too expensive and noisy room above us.

Here's a boatload of photos for you to enjoy. The clouds were spectacular this day too.

Oh, in case you haven't figured it out yet, you can click on a photo and it will get larger for you to see. You can then click through them one by one for better viewing.

...and a short movie at the very end.

Video is here on YouTube....a little grainy...

As usual...photos can only show you the beauty...being there is the best!
