Jaca, Aragón, Spain and Canary Islands
You know, there is one thing I love about Mike and that's his willingness to share EVERTHING with me, even his sickness bug!

Woke up this morning Mike feeling reasonably okay and me feeling queasy and lo and behold there it was, his gift to me. As his seemed to be a 24 hour-ish thing we decided to carry on into Spain. We set a course for Zaragoza or Saragossa as it was being called in France.

My worries about lorries bearing down on me on the twisty bits were unfounded, I couldn't drive and it would have been a bit difficult with a bucket between my feet.

We stopped at JACA N 42.567890 W 0.545220 so Mike could eat something and as I was having something of a 'love in' with the bucket we didn't go any further. I retired to the bed and apart from visits to the bathroom, I've been here ever since.

We came out of the Somport Tunnel, all 8km of it to brilliant sunshine and deep snow - not on the roads though, they had been cleared.

Jaca is a place we were going to stop at on a previous occasion going home but we didn't like the look of it. This time we were pleasantly surprised. It has been resurfaced with tarmac with one half marked for camping cars and the other for buses. There are nice new facilities although I suspect we may not be able to get water as in future it will be barrier operated and your entry payment usually pays for your water.

That's all for now folks, maybe tomorrow WILL be better.
