Invisible Falls

Airlie Beach, Queensland, Australia
Day 191 We got an early start the next day, in our current lives that's about nine, nine thirty-ish, so don't feel too bad! It is only about a two hour drive but with a stop in Proserpine for lunch and then Cedar Falls it was a little longer. Cedar Falls was quite nice except there was very little water, so little in fact that it was just Cedar rock. A rock we did enjoy climbing, whilst up there we seen another snake and followed it up with a drink and a siesta...life's hard you know.
Arlie Beach was only 15 minutes away now so we made it in no time. Drove through, parked by the water and headed back to the main street on foot. Our plans are to stay on one of the islands for a night or two, so we hit up a couple of local travel outlets for brochures. Dinner time was upon us and Cactus Jack overlooking the beach seemed like a good place to eat.
Today was as relaxed day as any, we finalized our plans and booked two nights on Long Island. Then after lunch we headed to the man made lagoon, located right on the beach for a swim. We haven't had a BBQ in like a day so we both were itching to have one, so we did, on the beach of course. Tomorrow Long Island!
