After the close of the evenings athletics program the crowds were eagerly awaiting the closing and much anticipated K-Pop concert. The stadium was now packed with excitement, crowds, and many cheering fans awaiting their favourite stars.

The first group to perform was 'A Pink' after some official closing remarks. They did three songs much to the crowds delightment. Unfortunately some of their lip synching wasnt in tune to the music but nobody seemed to notice and enjoyed their performance of three songs

Next up was one of the feature billed acts 'Infinity'. This seven member boy band drew wild cheers from the crowds as they performed their first number. Inbetween the host had been doing what seemed to be a raffle though our ticket numbers didnt match.

Unfortunately now it was close to 10pm and I had to leave as its an almost 2 hour journey for me home to the northern end of chilgok. We left after the first song and managed to get on the shuttle bus back to the subway before the stadium let out so avoided all the crowds. I still had to take a taxi home from the subway stop as it was past 11pm by that point.

This was an enjoyable one day event and drew many locals to the stadium. Perhaps it should have been two days or hosted over a weekend. Also with the large number of students waiting for the finale K-Pop concert it should also maybe have been held on a Friday or Saturday as many of them had school the next day and trying to get home when the stadium let out would be difficult and quite late.

Nonetheless this was another great show put on by the City of Daegu. There will again be a sports festival held at the stadium in October later this year.
