I'd already seen the airport train and skating rink on a previous visit but was surprised to find a movie theatre there as well. I guess you need a long layover to watch a movie here. All of the titles were korean movies so for an international travel hub they should have english options which are available at regular movie theatres in korea.
The restaurants on this level weren't as busy and had good selection. I ordered a seafood noodle and it came with grated squid over the top
There was also a medical clinic, lots of banks, and the spa and sleeping room on this level (see next entry).
My departure gate was the outer building which you have to take the shuttle train to reach. Here was an interesting Museum of Korea Culture. They had numerous exhibits and artworks of traditional culture and history
In the terminal building they also had a Korean Culture Experience Zone. They have several of these in each wing of the terminal building. Here you can dress up, have photos taken, and practice traditional crafts such as fan making, calligraphy, or ink printing.
Its no surprise Incheon has been voted best airport for 7 years with so many unique areas not found in other airports
