Astana, Kazakhstan
Tired of walking my final stop was going to be at the National Museum. I asked at the information counter if they could call me a taxi to the train station when I left but she spoke little English so I said I would go around the museum and come back later to arrange
Entrance was 1000T ($3.25) or 1700T ($6) with a special exhibit ticket which I got.
I was grateful to leave my bags in the luggage area and sit down for a bit. The museum had an arrayed mix of exhibits.
There was some things on space exploration as Kazakhstan is famous for the Baikanor Cosmodrome where space launches from Soviet times take place, but is closed to visitors.
I liked more of the ethnographic exhibits.
There was also exhibits on nomadic life and earlier civilizations
The Golden Man seemed to keep making appearances in every museum, about my 4th today.
As it was getting closer to 6pm I went back to the entrance to arrange for my cab.
