Elizabeth Line to Heathrow Terminal 5

Terminal 5, England, United Kingdom
My two week trip in London was at an end and I was returning to Canada. The new Elizabeth Line runs direct trains to Heathrow. There are two branches in East London, one South East to the Docklands, one North East to Stratford.
Coming from Stratford this line was due to start running direct to Heathrow from May 2023. At this time I could only take a train as far as Paddington and would have change at one of the stations.
I was going to change at Whitechapel same as on arrival, and it would be before the City so avoid the crowds.
Each of the Heathrow trains run every 10 mins but alternating to each terminal. So the Terminal 5 train would actually be running every 30 mins with the interval trains to the other terminals. So each terminal gets two trains per hour every 30 mins
Compared to the Tube the Elizabeth Line runs more express skipping many of the smaller stations. There is also more luggage room compared to the Tube
There was no direct line from East London growing up and we always had to change somewhere in the City to get on the Piccadilly line to Heathrow. So this was much more convenient and even better when direct trains to Stratford started May 2023 after I had left.
Fare was 13.30 from Stratford to Heathrow.
