Suzdal Museum of Wooden Architecture

Suzdal Kremlin, Vladimirskaya oblast', Russian Federation
Continuing our Golden Ring tour of Suzdal we were to visit the Museum of Wooden Architecture. This was a block from our hotel so very easy to reach. Entrance was 400 Rub ($8 Cad).
This is an open air museum that shows traditional life, similar to outdoor folk park museums in Norway.
There were two peasant homes. The first was a simple home with one large room and multiple bedding options located above storage or shelving.
The second was a 'well to do' peasant, had more space, and separate sleeping rooms. As well there were interpreters on hand in costume but only spoke Russian. .
Outdoors were windmills with long arms that were used to turn the windmill to point in the direction of the wind. There were other log homes similar to ones I'd seen in Norway.
By the entrance were two churches. You were able to go into only one. I had been to a wood church in Minsk Belarus which was a practicing church so did not allow photography.

We then crossed the river heading to the Kremlin
