We consider the possibility of a west coast vacation investment home. Our trip takes us to to Courtenay, Comox and Ladysmith where we enjoy the time off more than the house hunting. We spend a day fishing and set shrimp and crab traps. We are successful on the crabs but go back for a prime rib dinner instead.
