Lorella Springs, Northern Territory, Australia
Time is behind 1/2hr of AEST.

Packed up and drove out to the port (Mining) at Bing Bong ,100km return (Gulf of Carpentaria) ,was not a lot to see . Fuelled up prior to going to port for $1.92, when we returned decided to top up at another station and paid $1.79.(got caught again for not shopping around). Leaving Borroloola around 9.30am driving to Lorella Springs on the Savannah Way towards Roper Bar. We were stopped by Council guys doing work along the road and they said it was not worth going to Lorella Spring and pay $15/person per night it’s not that good and we would be better to stop at Butterfly Springs or Nathan River. “As we say if you do not go you will never know – we were thankful we did, as it was a lovely spot and would definitely come back if opportunity arose.Collected some wood, Jayde and William had a swim in the thermal hot springs around happy hour 5pm. Had a late tea and sat around the fire with Maryann and Wayne
