Point Quobba, Western Australia, Australia
Rained, along with a very windy night – winds possibly stronger as we were right on beach. Went for a drive down to the blowholes and then more towards Point Quobba where approximately 80-100 humpys and caravans were camped. And along our track we spotted a caravan doing haircuts, William jumped at the chance – yea haircut had to book in for 11am – so we went along and checked out the area before coming back – William got back into the car looking a little younger. Went down a little further to a little lagoon, when William and Jayde went snorkelling again, not much as with the strong winds and high tides nothing much around, only an octopus. Had lunch at a secluded beach all to ourselves and then went to the north side of Point Quobba Station and went on many off 4WD tracks along the coastline, very different from other parts of Australia that we had already seen.

Upon arriving back at camp we had The Manks Family turn up and camp near us – all of us went for a long walk along the beach picking up shells (well Megan and Jayde did) .

On walking back from the showers I mentioned to some gentleman they should not leave their carton of Coronas out, and they said are you Jayde's Mum as we hear you might have some birthday cake tomorrow – nah I don’t think so – they even thought about buying her a cake packet mix as they had an oven for me to cook her one. They ended up being the nicest gentleman all from down south of Perth they ended up blowing up a balloon they use for fishing with helium and writing "Happy Birthday Jayde from the Dreja Crew" and went to get William to take a photo we ended up being shouted Coronas and Red Wine and a large filleted piece of mackerel for us all evening, along with lovely conversation.
