William went and played in the comp at Kalgoorlie Golf Course, incorporating his first two holes of the Nullarbor Golf Link Course. Jayde and myself went off to do some shopping and lunch after we decided to do our washing. Meet up with Vic and Pete Petersen wandering the streets of Kalgoorlie – seemed strange running into people from home when not expecting especially the other side of the country.

Picked William up and had a couple of drinks with Jake his partner for the day, he said the course was one of best courses he had played on (It is rated the 5th best desert course in the world), then continued to finish our grocery shopping before heading to Hammond Park for a look, then back to caravan park .

Went down to Recreation Hotel which was still being renovated from the earthquake, just down the road which had an all you can eat buffet meal – was lovely – Jayde enjoyed the spring rolls and we all enjoyed the freshly homemade doughnuts. With tummy awfully full drove to have a look at the Super Pit at night and famous Hay Street (Red Light) but didn't see anything. Rained through the night.
