Caiguna , Western Australia, Australia
Left Fraser Range Sheep Station, what a lovely place to stay, would have liked to stay another night, would highly recommend to stay. William and I walked the 800m to tee off – Jayde stayed around looking at the sheep. Once stamp on card continued along the course to Balladonia Roadhouse, weather lovely today nice walking the course. Meet two lovely ladies from Broulee, Shirleyand with her dog Switch and Lucy travelling around together in motorhomes ended up talking to them for a while while William played his hole and had a cuppa (yep Jayde and I chatted quite a while). About 27kms from Balladonia we started the longest straightest road in Australia of 146.6km. Onto next tee off and deciding to camp at next course Caiguna Roadhouse. When we pulled up there was only two had booked in and as nearly setup about ½ hour later in come Colin and Janet, with soon after approximately 10-15 other vans rolled in – lucky we got there when we did. As John and Wendy from Victoria rolled in not many spots left so they reversed park onto us with their backdoor opening onto us – didn't mind at all and Jayde loved holding their dogs Lulu and Flossy. Colin and William got a beer and their golf clubs and headed to tee off – nice afternoon. Janet, Jayde and I started happy hour and we sat talking about ventures with John and Wendy. Beautiful night not to cold with bright stars and moon.
