Next morning Lou and I set off for a relaxing (well yes I did feel I unwound) body balance mix of pilates, yoga and meditation. Felt so good. Again Tom will be proud. Came home where Bill cook up some awesome bacon and eggs for us all and sat outside in the lovely sunshine (Mandurah had quite a bit of rain since we come) with washing done and on the line we headed down to the beach to watch Adam and his friend Jake body board – with the strong winds and rain the beach had a lot of weed. We then went back to pick up Monica who was doing study (god luv ya) and went down to Mandurah to look around markets and waterfront and surprised Jayde with finishing off with a Simmo's icecream – such an authentic flavour – I had apple pie yep tasted just like cold apple pie.
